2024-2025 School Year

  • K5 - 12th Grade New Applicant Testing Fee - $100.00 (Non-Refundable) 

  • REGISTRATION FEES

    • February 5 - 29  Priority Re-Enrollment - open for Current CCCS Families only

      • $175.00    K4 - 12th Grade (Non-Refundable)

    • March 1 - 31 - Early General Enrollment - open to general public

      • $200.00 K4 - 12th Grade (Non-Refundable)

    • April 1, 2024 - Standard Enrollment - open to general public

      • $375.00    K4 - 12th Grade (Non-Refundable)

  • TUITION RATE - K4 to 12th Grade

    • $6,325.00 Annual Tuition

      • $575.00 per month for 11 months with first tuition payment due August 1, 2024.

  • DISCOUNTS

    • Families with more than one student enrolled at CCCS will be charged full tuition for the first child. A $500.00 annual discount will be applied to the tuition of the second child. All children beyond the second student will receive a a $700.00 annual discount per child.

    • Tuition paid in full on or before July 1, 2024 will receive a 5% discount on the annual tuition total.

  • Tuition Schedule (Aug-June)

    • First payment begins August 1, 2024; Last payment is June 1, 2025

  • Late Fee ($35.00)   

    • Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and fees are considered late after the 5th of the month. After the 5th of the month, a $35 late charge will be assessed to your account. A $35 charge will be assessed to your account for each check returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF). After two NSF checks, only cash, cashier’s check or money order will be accepted for payment.

BOOK FEES

  • ELEMENTARY

    • K4 Textbook Fee - $200.00 (Due July 1, 2024)

    • K-6th Grade Textbook Fee* - $385.00 (Due July 1, 2024)

      • *GRADES 3-6 Will be required to purchase additional reading novels throughout the year.

  • Please note, book fees are non-refundable after August 1, 2024

Class Fees/Student Fees

  • SECONDARY

    • Electronic Book Fee - $385.00 (Due July 1, 2024)

      • Non-refundable after August 1, 2024

    • Class Fees - $50.00 (Will be billed)

    • Science Lab Fee - $50.00 (Will be billed)

E.D.C. (Extended Day Care)

  • $10.00 per hour/per student

    • Hourly Fees are billed in half hour increments; Billing schedule: Monthly
