2025-2026 School Year

  • K5 - 12th Grade New Applicant Testing Fee - $125.00 (Non-Refundable) 

  • REGISTRATION FEES

    • February 3 - 28  Priority Enrollment

      • $200    K4 - 12th Grade (Non-Refundable)

    • March 1 - April 30 - Early General Enrollment

      • $300    K4 - 12th Grade (Non-Refundable)

    • May 1, 2025 - Standard Enrollment

      • $400    K4 - 12th Grade (Non-Refundable)

  • TUITION RATE - K4 to 12th Grade

    • $6,600.00 Annual Tuition

      • $600.00 per month for 11 months with first tuition payment due August 1, 2025.

  • DISCOUNTS

    • Multiple Students: Families with more than one student enrolled at CCCS will be charged full tuition for the first child. A $500.00 annual discount will be applied to the tuition of the second child. All children beyond the second student will receive a a $700.00 annual discount per child.

    • Early Payment Discount: Tuition paid in full on or before July 1, 2025 will receive a 5% discount on the annual tuition total.

    • Referral Credit: Refer a family or friend and receive a $150 credit towards tuition when referral student completes registration. (credit applied after October 1, 2025) 

  • Tuition Schedule (Aug-June)

    • First payment begins August 1, 2025; Last payment is June 1, 2026

  • Late Fee ($35.00)   

    • Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and fees are considered late after the 5th of the month. After the 5th of the month, a $35 late charge will be assessed to your account. A $35 charge will be assessed to your account for each check returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF). After two NSF checks, only cash, cashier’s check or money order will be accepted for payment.

CURRICULUM FEES

  • ELEMENTARY

    • K4 Curriculum Fee - $200 (Due July 1, 2025)

    • K-6th Grade Textbook Fee* - $375 (Due July 1, 2025)

      • *GRADES 3-6 Will be required to purchase additional reading novels throughout the year.

  • Please note, book fees are non-refundable after August 1, 2025

Class Fees/Student Fees

  • SECONDARY (Grades 7-12)

    • Curriculum Fee - $400 (Due July 1, 2025)

      • Non-refundable after August 1, 2025

E.D.C. (Extended Day Care)

  • $10.00 per hour/per student

    • Hourly Fees are billed in half hour increments; Billing schedule: Monthly
